It's a small bit of good news.
Hopefully no more cases of 25 foreign rats in a mini trying to get compo.

When will this reduction kick in?

Bennetts quoted me 300 for a renewal shopping got it for 170.

The brokers are gouging bastirts now more than ever.

More brokers appear all the time with suggests it is a growth industry.

Obviously only goes down if you scream, shout, pester and annoy them enough so they want shot of you.

Everyone else who rolls over gets the usual shafting. Laughing

Interesting blurb.

I have not read all but where the author says you take someone to court and win they pay the costs.
Is not always true.

It depends what you take them to court about.

I don't understand why this has not been resolved by courts.
I think the reason is money.
The insurers do not want to pay out to anyone win or lose.

We need insurance as we cannot afford to keep a lump of cash to pay a third party claim.

But people should not make obscene profit from other's misery.

Moral/Socialist High Ground retained. Very Happy

It may mean simple case by case decisions have to be made.

That may mean insurers will charge for the extra work too.

I recently purchased a bike policy from sumfukers.co.uk. I got a call about two weeks later from some hag trying to push the extra cover on me. Legal, leathers, breakdown.
I do not trust any of that shite so never take it.

Insurers have, over recent years, been splitting up policy cover into separate parts.
Comprehensive Insurance Cover once meant 'comprehensive'.
It now only provides limited cover.
That is what we get for buying cheap cover.

No one bleats about that on here. Rolling Eyes

Been wondering this myself. I don't really see this deterring the scammers, just genuine claimants.
