I'm glad that she's finally happy, and I'm sure she won't have third thoughts about her second thoughts, or continue to have body image issues, or generally be a fussy, needy attention whoring mentalist. I mean, after selling her story.

In other countries you could go to a shop and get proper medical tools instead of what's on offer with our glorified cosmetics shops doling out prescriptions.
I remember when you could still buy beer brewing kits in Boots.
