Cos bikers were being bellends before Audi drivers?

"Neal Champion, who held the previous record on a motorbike, did it in 11 hours 14 minutes at an average speed of 78.7 mph back in 1984."

A generalisation here, but nearly every Audi driver I have encountered has been a driving-cock. Tru bro!

It seems every big German car needs to drive right up your arse (Merc', BMW etc.).

You must be doing something wrong.... I can't remember the last time any car managed to get close enough to even see my arse let alone drive up it... But then I occasionally see 90mph on the speedometer.... it's rare I'm going that slow though.

As for doing that journey on a bike, I imagine 5 petrol stops along the way and that time could be smashed easily

Yes keeping up with the flow of traffic. That's what annoys me about it, if I was the person holding them up then fair enough, but driving right up my arse can't make me go any faster when there's someone in front of me Rolling Eyes

Pfft, fair play to the guy. I'd aim to do it as fast as possible too, it was done at night during 90% of the UKs sleepy time. Boss.

I applaud him breaking the record without getting a speeding ticket, most of all though the police department from where he is in Wales that don't give a comment and say they're investigating.

Bet they go round and congratulate him. Laughing

I'd imagine they'll do him for a smorgasbord of offences, starting off with perverting the course of justice for the detectorz, and a nice custodial tariff.

Given that he's rather bizarrely just admitted to that, I'd wonder why he didn't just clone the local Chief Constable's plates and blow through every speed camera on the way.

what are the odds that the extra led lights in the bumper and grill flash a little bit blue to get people to move.
