My bike won't start when I turn the key, there's nothing the lights are not showing and it's not even ticking over.

My advice is not to turn the key.

Don't these things have some sort of wampy security thing in the electric brain, that needs the special service key and a dealer reset if the battery goes flat or the brain 'thinks' that some-one has tried to hot wire it?

But...

1/ Post should be in work-shop
2/ The top suspect would be a flat battery or blown main-fuse.. so eliminate the obvious and or dummm and stooopid first..
3/ Which, may mean RTFM to check for any 'features' like anti-tamper lock-out of the ECU that may account for the symptoms, and find where the fuses are and how to check them.
