I'm not too fussed about the speeding or wheelie shenanigans but he appears to have either nicked bikes or bought stolen bikes.

I agree.

While speeding at those sorts of speeds is lunacy, the fact he has still got away with the bike theft(s) grinds something rotten.

speed - not too bothered as long as hes not putting anyone else in danger - we've all done it, same for wheelies.

but nicking bikes (N)

Speeding = Meh, daft but didn't spaz anyone.

Bike thief = Kill him with fire before he breeds.

Usually by the time they are stealing bikes, they have already fathered more amoebas. Evil or Very Mad

It's 89.3025% of 200, in terms of kittens killable.

Is riding one handed and recording with a phone in your other hand really possible at 189mph? 189kph, perhaps, but not miles, surely?

That video is funky... what bike does 75 to 185 in 6 seconds?
An H2R does it in around 9, makes me wonder whether the video shows a bike set to km/h.

One hundred and eighty nine SPEEDO miles per hour - the revs are right for that.

Bike could be downgeared, which makes it over-read and accelerate quicker - maybe thiefy didn't realise this in court?

Control of a (decent) bike should for the most part require a light touch. And more, people with one arm allowed to ride bikes (I think) on the road and track - so no reason someone with two can't.

Seen that guy on the yellow R1 a lot, queen bee sticker on the front with R1 BEE numberplate.

Last saw him at Ace cafe in June:

Again, like most others I personally don't have a problem with the speed or back wheel action as long as it doesn't hurt anyone. There's a time and a place for it..

Stealing bikes on the other hand... Tut Tut

Same thought here, but IIRC the speedo only goes up to 189 mph (the so-called gentleman’s agreement not to make bikes that exceed 300 km/h), so in many such videos you often see the speedo climb to 299 km/h then stop, whilst the revs keep climbing.

Still doesn’t excuse the Daily Fail’s SENSATIONALISM!

Amazed that video went on for as long as it did before the Popo turned up.

Was half expecting to see a bike go into the crowd at speed, or a rider hurt themselves.
