£25 Amazon credit for taking a credit card that I'll just shred when it arrives.
£5 extra credit for buying a £25 gift card that I immediately used.

Ste would be proud.

How many results?

Today, I went out on the MZ and on the way back I decided to take the highway (130 km/h), there I decided to try what it can do with a fresh spark plug. Keeping my head as low as possible, shifting gears up with my left hand (yes, with my hand) I got to 110km/h, which isn't the cool thing, the cool thing was, people mostly drive there at about 100 km/h, so I was overtaking everyone! So much satisfaction, although my neck hurts a bit, it was a long stretch of the road. Razz

two things, firstly on the final day of trading in my Shop which I have owned since 2006 I was presented with a picture frame and poster of the official launch back in 2006 with an engraved plaque marking the dates of the business and on the back hand written compliments from both former employees, For people that don't "generally bother" about these sort of things the effort that they went to and expense and time really touched me and I will treasure it.

Secondly on arriving home tonight I find my back drive gates shut and when I open them it is immediately apparant that something had gone on with the chickens. Only 5 were in their enclosure and a load of soil was all over the paths on my part of the garden. I go looking for my shed keys and can't find them - which means a set for the house is missing. I realise the last time I had them was this morning when I got some boxes out to take to the shop. My neighbour shouts me (by this time I am begining to get concerned) she hands me my keys and tells me that she found a Chicken in her garden when she put it back it flew back out over the fence and started roaming around in the road so seeing that cats were around she took it into her house, when returning it she told her son to shut my gates to stop it escaping onto the road. I asked if there was damage to her plants "OH YES" and burst out laughing. She refused my offers of new plants saying that seeing them took her back to her childhood (her mother had chickens). I then went back down to clear the mess up on my side and found she had again got out and was rooting around my rhodedandrums. After a bit of a chase she was captured and this time I put her into the secure coop and run and closed it. Garden trashed but neighbour not bothered.

A sorta mate of mine that I've bumped into at various Bumbiter piss-ups and parties was recently asking on FB for free garden stuff cos she's started sorting out the garden at the Stroke Unit at the local hospital, due to her sister having been in there for the last 6 months ... so I took her over the couple of gothic potplants I was making (I was gonna sell them on the Dark & Deadly Decor stall, but oh well ... I can always make some more Rolling Eyes )

So she has two mental dogs: mastiff bitches from the same litter, pair of nutters, absolutely adorable.

Her husband, who looks a bit like Quint from Jaws (which ain't such a bad thing ) has a front yard full of bikes and a Triumph in the living room. Excellent.

I had a really nice afternoon with her, just chilling out in her garden and shooting the breeze, which we almost never do, certainly not together, she's usually partying too hard for me to keep up with, and its almost unheard of for me to take an afternoon off from working or thinking about upcoming work. What a nice girl, entirely different from her Saturday-night party girl persona. Wub

Nice chilled out afternoon, only spoilt by atrocious traffic on the way home.

Being an uncle.

My niece and nephew are at the fun stage. I’ve taken them to the park for the first time without their parents and had the most amazing day.

Ice creams. Swings and the splash park.

I’m smiling like I’ve never smiled before.

couple of weeks

I watched them as a kid on BBC 2, and the BBC always removed the laughter track, except for a glitch when they left it in

I bought MASH on Region one dvd because they were not on sale here
in the UK at the time and there was no guarantee they would be released
in the UK. I got the last 3 seasons on Region 2. Both R1 and R2 versions
have the option, now I've ripped all 11 seasons.
