So I just thought I'd go to Tesco and get another one.
Where does one buy "just batteries" for (for example) an LG G4?
No, no ... I'll let you google that for me.
Cos I'm going to be late for work (again) if I do it now Laughing

Looks like an easy job. Pop the back off, old battery out, new battery in, pop the back on.

How to do it

Where to get one

People and mini roundabouts.

They don't seem to think the concept of giving way to vehicles approaching from the right applies to them.

TBH half the time I don't know why they don't leave them as T junctions or crossroads, it would probably be safer.

Just come back to reality after having a mini break fishing on the River Yare.
No hassles, plenty drinks in the evening, shed loads of fish, all at a reasonable price.
And now back to my crappy little life Sad

Oh well! Hey ho! Nose back to the grindstone.

Bikey bruvs who abandon their sheds in the middle of an empty bike bay in the morning, rather than starting from one end like a civilised human would do.

Today's abuser is a serial culprit. I'd ask if it would be wrong for me to flip his kill switch, but 1) it's too late to wonder, and 2) Batman doesn't justify himself either.

This one is a double edged sword but...

The main system at work being taken offline at 12pm on a Friday. Yes, it's quieter, and yes, it means that I've nothing to do for 30 mins before I finish, but why not wait until 3.30pm when we go down to a skeleton crew and get maybe 2 calls between then and 6pm?

Spending many many minutes looking for the circlip on the gsx1250s wheel bearings.....

Before realising the fucking thing doesn't have one! 😠

I guarantee its rear wheel bearing area is now the shiniest in the land now though!

NCIS New Orleans is grinding my gears right now.

Season 3 was shown earlier in the year but FIVE only showed 13 episodes.
Last night I noticed ep13 was on 5USA so I set it to record but no series link.
I used the sky box to advance 7 days and no further episodes are being shown.

Earlier in the year I emailed FIVE but they have no idea when the rest of
the season will be shown. I'm really pissed off because I really do like
the show and I refuse to shell out over £20 for the box set when I should
be able to see it for free.

To make matters worse I learned there is a 4TH season, when the fuck will I ever get to see that?

I bloody hate moneyed self entitled people.

At work this evening when one of the above approached me and started barking orders at me Shocked Evil or Very Mad
When I politely declined to obey what she thought I ought to be doing, she reminded me how she was very good friends with the manager Laughing .
I went about my business while she went to get her husband?
He told me to “ bloody well apologise or else”.
I did ask him “ or else what?”. He didn’t seem to have much of an answer to that Laughing

No doubt I will get it in the neck tomorrow Crying or Very sad

Got an email from Hounslow council informing me my parking ticket appeal has been rejected due to lack of evidence....

When I appealed I sent photo's of the job details from my phone...this wasn't good enough so I've just paid up the £55.

First time I've ever lost an appeal on a parking ticket, mind you it's the first one I've had in years...

Roundabouts generally confuse the majority of drivers. This is why i never filter to the front when approaching one.

On our last shopping trip we had to go for 'no added sugar' Heinz beans because that's all they had.
Tried them today, they are truly awful. Sick

Back in 1979, Pink Floyd declared there were:-
Quote:
"13 channels of shit on the TV to choose from"

Nearly four decades later the number of channels has increased massively.
Predictably, there's still only shit to choose from!

Netflix. Joined, went for the free trial and can't get the HDULTRA to work. TV supports 4K, telly remote even has a Netflix button on it, the show I wanted to watch 'says' UHD, broadband is spewing out 100MBS so plenty of poke but still only showing 1080p.

It's burnt my head out. I can't get it to work. £9.99 a month as well (after free trial).

My cat annoys me every morning by loudly and persistently yowling for his brekkie.

No sign of him this morning so I'll be fretting all day now.

Bloody animals!
