I've lost 8lb in just under 2 weeks, the Diet Coke was the first to go. I used to drink Pepsi Max and Diet Coke, now just water, not juice concentrate squash just water. I sleep better, piss less despite drinking the same volumes and feel better. I walk 3 miles a day and have bought a mountain bike get out on it whenever I can. I need to lose 3.5 stone, stop drinking this shit. Water refreshes me a lot more than that carbonated crap ever did.

Well done, keep it up. I didn't need to lose as much as you, but when you start looking in the mirror and seeing a visible difference, it really spurs you on. You can then go to TK Maxx and start buying 30" jeans like a boss

Now lost 13 pounds and feel fantastic. No added sugar no added salt in anything. Don't snore anymore and don't feel so tired. At this rate I'd have hit my goal by new year. I've already bought a pair of jeans 5 sizes too small that I've hung on the back of the bedroom door as a reminder that's where I need to be.

I'm a coke zero 'addict' as such.
Oddly it mostly seems to be that I enjoy the drink - the combination of liking the taste and the caffeine.

If I replace it with caffeine tablets and another fizzy drink I like (or even, caffeine free coke) I fairly quickly give up most of the caffeine and am happy to drink other drinks.

(I should note I'm relatively more susceptible to caffeine compared to many.)
