Might be rich on one, lean on another, if you can't be arsed taking the carbs out again you can assess the fuel level in each bowl with clear tubing, attached to where the drain screw goes.
E.g.

I think it's got a lift pump, you could disconnect the power or turn off the fuel tap and that will starve it off fuel. If it runs OK shortly after that for a short while that would also indicate rich fueling prob.
Don't discount air leaks, does the choke make any difference?
Did you mess with any mixture screws when rebuilding?
Were all pilot holes blown clear?
Fuel lines renewed, but are they pinching when the tank goes back down?
Fuel tank breather OK?
Fuel filter OK?
If it's got a TPS (think it has) then checking the resistance with a multimeter is worth a shot. ____________________
