In super short.

Parked paid the £8 went to do my business for a couple hours came back drove away.

Noticed my parking ticket had a O (for orange) on it and not a 0 (zero).

Articles say appeals on this aren't accepted.

So pay the penalty that will come shortly and go buy some iron oxcide and some aluminium for an unspecified purpose?

In any reasonable court you would be allowed the appeal.

You have made a short typing error that is an obvious flaw in this system. If you had "mistyped your full number plate" that's obviously you taking the piss.

I'd appeal.
