Yes, political propaganda is a thing. But it's never the whole picture. Even a trend doesn't mean everything follows the same pattern. There's a danger in seeing everything through the same filter.

If it is true, you have to consider the implications. Let's just assume it was a murder carried out by an agent of the GRU, and all the information as reported is correct. This means that a highly dangerous chemical, specifically developed for chemical warfare, has been used to kill a perceived traitor of a state who has also chosen to assassinate him on the soil of another sovereign state, causing there to be innocent victims in the process. The potential for further innocent victims was obviously much wider.
That seems like a pretty big deal to me. Especially, as with what most people believe, it's not the first time they've used such tactics.
And if reporting it in the news is supposed to be burying anything else, hasn't been very effective at that, has it?
But please, have you anything new to say on the subject? Have you any evidence for your own theories yet?

Russia tries to kill Russian traitor but fails and then allegedly kills a junkie months later, is big news. Why? People get murdered ever day in this country. British people, not former Russian spies.
How much of a threat was this attack to British citizens, compared to the threat we go through every day from importing Muslims? How many innocent British civilians have Russia killed on sovereign soil compared to Islamaic extremists? 1 to 200 in recent years?
Nah, you've not convinced me to fear Russia yet. More propaganda needed.

What's the point in trying to answer again, you don't want to believe anything else. Even the Russians are mocking the obvious lies in the Petrov and Boshirov TV interview and questioning the State's judgement, but not you.

It's no big secret. Just watching the news, it's pretty obvious that certain crimes are almost excursively not committed by white, indigenous folk.
If there's yet another stabbing in London, you don't expect the attacker to be called Trevor or David do you?
If there's a child sex grooming gang unearthed, you know before even seeing the peado's involved, that they are going to be mainly of Pakistani origin.
If someone drives a van into tourists and starts running around hacking people with a meat cleaver, chances are it will be a Muslim.
It's common sense. To deny it, might satisfy a white guilt episode, but it's still wrong.
Immigrants may be second or third generation, but until they adopt our culture and morals, instead of congregating in ghetto's and refusing to integrate, they are still immigrants, not British.
I'll say one thing for the USA, they certainly seem to get immigrants to integrate successfully. Maybe we could adopt their approach instead of dissuading any kind of national pride?
Some communities quite happily integrate here, whilst still keeping their own culture, such a Sikh's. Muslims appear to be getting worse at even attempting any kind of integration in the UK. We have to adapt to accommodate them. There are practices we tolerate in this country, that many Muslim countries wont even tolerate. Burqas are are prime example.

Seems a bit odd they also chose to leave a laptop in Holland which conveniently blames the Russians for other attacks, including covering up of the Malaysian Airlines investigation.

Historically, all their biggest successes came from people of other nations doing their work for them.
What they used to be good at was recruitment of non-Russians, people already in a position to do their spying for them. This came about largely because of ideology, but also often for monetary reasons. Russian nationals were usually just recruiters and handlers.
And I don't think they have an ideology now that extends beyond their own borders, although it's possible some would believe in Putin's Russia enough - people such as yourself 
And there's always money.
But think about it - they might still be good at it. If they were really good, you'd never know 
Otoh, they might be deliberately being found out...to cover for those doing their best work...
Actually, best not to think about it too much. This shit can go round in circles forever
