Tyre pressure, steering bearings, the suspension system needs some care.

As RhynoCZ says - those need to be spot on. Even something a little 'off' can make a lot of difference.

Steering bearings too loose.

Are you sure it's a tank slapper? Describe us what the motorcycle does. Unbalanced front wheel does all sorts of things once you hit the sweet spot (speed) and then it goes away as you exceed higher speed.

Hi all i have had my tyres balanced front and back both steering bearings replace. When my bike gets to 30 if i lift my hands slightly of the bars it shakes left to right violently any thing over 50 its totally smooth

Steering bearing nuts are too loose. Typically your looking at 50nm or higher torque

Are your tyres in good nick? tyre pressures ok?

Make sure your rear wheel is aligned correctly then check the front wheel is in line with the rear.

Could be accident damage upsetting the geometry on the bike, check for cracked paint around the head stock area especially around the welds.

No need for one of those to be shaking the bars at those speeds tbh they are set up for stability rather than handling.
