Help with NSR 125cc

i've just changed the jets on my NSR and i changed the exhaust but i put a TK exhaust on and the bike gets to 60mph at 6,000 revs and wont go any more so still restricted :s i was told the exhaust is for the NSR but im thinking it might not be a derestricted one how would i know? i don't want to buy a new exhaust if its something different.

If it's only doing 60mph, you have another issue to sort out first.
A restricted one should see 75-80mph on the flat, even with a fat bloke on it.

Is it a UK bike or a European import? Some bikes also have a jumper in the electrical connector box by the rear of the cylinder which disables PV's. Some have throttle opening restriction, check throttle slide height in the carb.

I've never heard of your pipe. My full power NSR had a full Arrow system and the jets which Alains recommended, which to be honest, I found a bit too rich, so added a few holes on the top of the airbox to lean up a bit. That would easily see 110mph on the speedo with my skinny ex on it.
