My C Max - 4 new tyres, new discs all round, new pads, tracking, geometry etc. etc. £840. Crying or Very sad

And to rub it in, wifie curbed her Megane Cabriolet, shredded the tyre and that doesn't have a spare, just goo. So out with the jack, wheel off, drive to garage, get new tyre, drive back and fit, drive to wifies work, pick her up and take to the car. Get home, give her bill for £78 quid.

'I'm broke this month, can i pay you next month. 'yes dear, of course dear'. That's the last I'll see of that. Brick Wall

Deja-Vu, I remember a similar post to this before...

That was petrol in the diesel Megane. She is an absolute walking liability with mechanical machinery.

She's lost the locking wheel nut keys. It was taking up too much room in the glove box so she out it somewhere safe. Rolling Eyes

She broke a rear window when she put the roof down despite me telling her not to do it as the rear window needed a new temic unit and wouldn't work. When she put the roof back up, ping, glass shattered.

And she takes my car for the ferrying the grandkids around, general picking up stuff that won't fit in her toy car and always leaves it empty of fuel Evil or Very Mad

Yes, deja-vu.

AND my youngest daughter takes after her completely, despite being an HGV driver. AAAARRRGH!

I need rum.

Yodel.

Again.

Came home to find that they'd tried to deliver a dehumidifier that I'd ordered; just left it on my doorstep and carded me to say so. The carton wasn't wrapped so it was clear what the contents were; would've been trashed if it had rained. Never mind the likelihood of it being nicked.

If I wasn't such an Upstanding Citizen I could easily claim there was nothing on my doorstep when I got there, and Yodel wouldn't have a leg to stand on. I'm sure plenty of people do just that - how do these morons keep their jobs?

Nobs that can't read or respect the 'Quiet' coach on a train. I've bought a mobile phone blocker/distorter/jammer and when someone is jabbering away, I turn it on and lol internally as they shout "Hello Hello" into the phone. Sometimes I pretend to talk into mine all clear and normal conversation going on when those all around can't hear shit. I suppose it makes me just as bad for talking for a minute or 2 in the quiet coach but the look on their faces is priceless.

That sounds perfect for when you spot someone on the motorway jabbering away 😁👍

I got mine from a guy in County Cork, Mitchelstown. It was on eBay UK. I paid £19.99, they crop up time to time. Use a 9v battery, it's about the same size as a big box of matches.

The fun I've had with that. If you look on Wikihow or YouTube you can make one for less than a tenner.

I hate that too. Not so long ago I was in the local market and an old granny came up to me holding out her hand with a few pesos in it and pulled on my shirt for attention. I turned and said 'I have 3 small children and a wife to look after' not that she understood me, and I swiftly took the coins from her hand....If looks could kill Very Happy Very Happy I did give it back, but she wont do that again.

Or the beggars who have a nice tidy Merc parked two streets away..

Motomadness (Youtube) has some interesting videos. Sometimes bikers try to be nice to those 'less fortunate' than us (there are genuine out there) and will nip off to fetch them some fast food. Quite often they get silence from those 'less fortunate' people which tells a story in itself.

Herberts are what gggrinds my gears.

The Boy arrived this morning by Kisbee at about 10:40, having recently vacated his pit at Mummy's house, and 'phoned me (!) from just by the front door.

"What's happened to the van?" he said, so I went outside to see what he was talking about.

Someone had fired a glass ball, like a poorly-made blue glass marble, through the offside rear window.

About 6 hours later, having reported this vandalism, contacted the insurer, and spent about 4 1/2 hours cleaning the van and its contents of floaty flakey bits of very sharp small glass, and the normal bigger cubic bits of shattered toughened glass, I am now relaxing myself.

Still, if I could find who'd done that, they'd eat the glass pieces, and after being kicked in both the guts and goolies for an hour or two they'd crap them out with the lacerated and shredded remains of their guts which would be excellent for repeating the cycle.

Mad Fucking FB messenger just caused me to accidentally send the same message awarding first prize to two different people in my Spooky Doll competition Mad

Ah, never mind, so long as they don't both pick the same picture as their prize, then I'll be alright, LOL

Part of the prize was promoting their dolls on social media for a week, so that's not such a big effort.

Booking appointments and them getting cancelled. Ive booked in at my hairdresser and its been cancelled or rescheduled four times now, should have been sorted a month ago. Now my dentist is cancelling my appointments and rebooking them in but for the wrong treatment. ‘Is this your Invisalign consultation?’ hell no, this is something completely different as I don’t do Invisalign.

I understand that people are ill or problems happen but it seems like every appointment I have made in the last few months has been cancelled. Bit frustrating!

Also I checked in for my flights next week and filled out all of my details as Miss, yet my boarding pass says Mrs.

I see what's going on here.

* Your hairdresser hasn't got the bottle to tell you about the lice.
* Your dentist is embarrassed and can't tell you about your wonky teeth.
* Your airline is dropping hints that you should have been married off by now.

Never mind, at least BCF cares enough to point out these foibles. Thumbs Up Wink

At least I know now. The truth hurts. But I appreciate the honesty of BCF, time to shave my head and pull out my teeth so I don’t have to get married!

Looking like I broke a bones/some bones in my hand yesterday - last nights whisky hasn't fixed it!

It's on my good hand too. What grinds my gears is the shit I'll have to deal with today - hospital.
