Hey guys,

Ant was at the R&G Track day at Cadwell Park, it was his very first track day ever. I was there doing all the usual filming from the sidelines. I've just finished editing the footage together and threw it on the blog :)

Check it out and let me know what you think!

R&G protection is often pretty sucky in my experience. Often they can do more damage than they save due to their 'sacrificial' bolts on their bobbins. That's not the sort of thing that would give me 'peace of mind'.

Your video transitions are really annoying.

Your riding looked reasonably smooth, but not that high paced - what kind of faults would you be expecting to find?

I couldn't work out if it's your editing or my screen that is fucked when your video transitions.

And again as above, why bother with the footage showing your ankle?

and also 06:56 is not early Laughing
