I am running out of battery... I jump it when I want to start it, when it starts meter shows 13-14 (which i believe it shows that nothing is wrong with charging) but when I want to start it again off-on it will not start. then I boost it again... sometimes it shows 12.4 but no start, I put a booster and nothing changes 12.4 but it beeps and says OK and then it starts like a beast! It will die to 12.1 if fan starts. I filled distelled water and its starting better but when fan was working it could not start again... any clue?!

Your stator and/or R/R is fucked.

If you topped up the battery with distilled water, that suggests its an old open-vented battery with a semi transparent casing. They don't last as long as a sealed unit.

So it could be a problem in the charging system, but it also could be a totally screwed battery. So screwed that it isn't even holding enough charge to start right up.

From the information given I can't tell what it is, but of the parts that may have failed, the battery is the easiest and cheapest to replace so I would do that first and then run tests on the charging system.

You can't really get the old open vented batteries any more - legislation changes a short while ago meant you couldn't buy the acid without a special licence. This means any battery you buy is going to be a better one than what you have now.

As stated, buy a good battery!
I had starting problems with my FZ1, they disappeared when I replaced the battery, I also keep the battery on a conditioner and it starts first time every time.

If you still have problems with a new battery fitted and you have an after market alarm fitted, there is a slight chance, (depending on the type of alarm), that the internal alarm battery might be starting to fail.

You should also check that any accessories you have fitted, (like heated grips), are wired correctly and not drawing power when the bike is turned off.

"""when it starts meter shows 13-14 (which i believe it shows that nothing is wrong with charging)"""
I agree, sounds like the battery is not storing power.

I forgot to say it is a sealed battery, old 3 months (must be garbage as warranty is 3 months). I would hate to change stator/rotor! Any recommendations for battery? What do you think about those lithium ones like this

or normal one like this
