New battery (ENTX7L-BS, Tayna) to fit on bike which will hopefully be a runner shortly (weeks). Charger's packed up since last use. Connect it to the 12v portable jump starter, which has an internal SLA/AGM battery in it, or wait? Favouring charge it via jump start, internally.

As far as I know the factory fills it and sends it to the retailer, who sells it on. It could be a month or three from filling to use. This one's got "MH1804" engraved nto the plastic vent cover. See what I mean?

Edit: I've e-mailed Tayna to ask. Will update.

just get a new charger or check with a multi meter if the charger is actually dead. I had what i thought was a dead charger, turned out the charging light was duff

Giving it a top up while connected to the jump starter should be fine if it needs it. (Quite likely you can charge the jump starter while it's connected to the new battery.)

Depending on the type of the charger for your jump starter, you may be able to use this to charge the battery directly.
