Hi,
Its beginning to look like a lost cause
Choke assembly is seized too.
Even getting the lever off to get better access to nut that holds choke assembly on, needs a thin spanner & that didn't help.
Nut just won't budge (It's starting to chew up)
Great carbs when they work but try getting them apart after some clown has messed with it .
& i hate giving up. But finding a compatible replacement means hours on eBay
france/germany daily, & deep pockets.
cheers,

Hi,
Thanks for suggestion but iirc i already contacted motocarb...
However, all is not lost.
Choke assembly freed off & removed (wd40 overnight, hairdryer & a lot of brute force, copied from YouTube video)
Good, working, complete choke assembly can be bought for 14 euros
So just back to original problem, removing f*cked mixture screw, which I was ONLY doing as i noticed it while cleaning bike.
BUT bike was running fine with mixture screw in that condition, so nothing to stop me sticking carb back on, right?
But I just know it's gonna annoy me....
cheers,
