I love how they've lost a couple of panels Neutral

As I said on Facebook I don't think it's a looker.

Doesn't really work for me. I prefer the Z900RS to be honest. It could be made decent, slightly lower tail, fractionally higher fairing, bigger dual endurance headlamps, more old school mudguard, and get rid of that nasty silver alloy subframe thing. It, like many newer bikes is too fussy IMO.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

Looks like it might just be a body kit for the Z900, hence why the tail is so high, and the silver subframe showing

1st result, ZXR900 Body Kit for Z900

This is click bait - this isn’t a Kawasaki design... its a fairing kit for a Z900 made by a company called Japan Legends... nothing to do with Kawasaki.

Tells you all about it here:

Looks good but if I'm honest given how nice the base model is, I'm not sure I would want to sacrifice that.

I actually like that quite a lot. Only things I'd prefer is a longer, squared off tail and for the cut of the belly pan at side view to match the cut of the base of the fairing.

Still, for an aftermarket mod it's pretty tidy!

I like the twin round headlights like the original older sports bikes had, and the striped ZXR colour schemes too.
Im less keen on the stumpy looks, and the high bars when a ZXR should have clip ons and be comfortable for gorillas only.

As a bolt on kit, it does improve the ugliness of the std Z900, but it's nothing on the retro RS either.

As a result I think Moto Velocity's RD900LC blows the shit out of it for both looks and giving the style and essence of the bike it's trying to emulate. If all MT09's looked like this they'd probably be the best modern retro in the world.

I sort of like it.

Second time you've mentioned that RD900 stevo, so thought I'd provide a piccy, as I don't recall you doing so:

Quite like that too.

I'm not sure. It looks to me like 2 different bikes bolted together. Old bodywork on a new chassis (which is what it is of course) but it doesn't seem to integrate.

I like both because they hark back to times when bodywork looked integrated, not just lots of tiny infill panels here and there that just don't seem to connect in any way, and odd angles all over the place.

And I'm with stevo, having looked at both some more - the Yam kit looks better for me.
