'Prenuptial agreements are not currently legally binding in England. However, a Judge is likely to take a prenuptial agreement into account when overseeing a case and is likely to uphold it, as long as certain safeguards have been met.'
That was my understanding, I heard of one where the judge ignored the prenup' cos there were kids involved, and another one where... I can't remember why
A bit like that woman who was written out of her parents will (they left it all to charity) who contested it and got a third of the estate iirc.
All I can deduce is don't get married and don't have kids
And don't fit a combi boiler

Legally enforceable or not, insisting on a prenup is another way of saying that I don't completely trust you.
That's a tricky one to sell. |
