I've had some experience with part finder websites and I've always found them to be lying robbing bastards. On a number of occasions I've requested specific items (i.e. a certain colour or a certain year period) and they've told me they have the correct part... Only to find the delivered item is incorrect. Good luck getting your money back! They told me I had to pay for shipping which was more than the value of the item so not worth sending back.
I may have just been unlucky and you very well may have a good experience, but I would try to be patient (I know that's hard and I'm the world worst at this) but hold out for the correct one to come up on eBay. Try saving a search for it so you'll get notified when any new ones get listed. That way maybe you can contact the seller straight away and agree a price before anyone else gets in there.
Or, as others have said, breakers! If it's a common bike hopefully you can find one locally! ____________________ Must Go Faster

I've just gone onto https://partfinderuk.co.uk/
It asks for part numbers. I don't want to bloody rebuild an engine! I want either an old or brand new engine.
I wonder if Honda themselves would sell a brand new engine? |
