Just checking renewal quotes, after dropping from £1000 to £590 last year, its gone back up to £710, same details etc.. Also I noticed for every year of NCB I add (2-5) it goes up a little, shouldn't it be the other way round? Confused

Has anyone else had their car insurance go up?

All I know is that my bike insurance went down after I got the additional 6 points.

Nope.. £50 cheaper here & that was the renewal quote Laughing Same details. 10+ NCD so that makes no difference.

Not even worth shopping around.... Embarassed

I use moneysupermarket. Always find the cheapest. The rest of them can suck a cock.

Mine with Direct line. 2 car, multicar went up £70 (to £414) for my Jaguar over the grannymobile CMax but the underlying price rise was £17.

Wifies car went up £9 to £272.

For that I didn't even bother comparing.

Mine seems to have hit the plateau now, hovering around the £400-500 a year.

Will see how much it changes when I upgrade to a chav mobile soon.
