I missed my favourite uncle Jack's funeral because none of my cvnt family thought to let me know he'd even passed away.
I remind them of this at every opportunity which, to be fair, isn't often 'cos they can all fvck off.

Cleaning out the tortoise something went twang in my lower back.

I am in agony, never had this before. I'd rather read Teffers website.

Sounds well nice. Cool Thumbs Up Cool Thumbs Up

I use gingernuts instead of digestives, and whipped cream instead of sour cream.

Edit.
Oh wait, its baked. Nice!
I wondered what the eggs were for.
I tend to use a bit of gelatine* and put it in the fridge to set.

Gears not exactly ground but I just want to ask, did football fans pay £280,000 for a privateer search for Emiliano Sala and his pilot when the Air Accident Investigation Board were duty-bound to send a survey ship to find and retrieve the wreck anyway?

Uggh its been social media at its finest. Apparently until today the family thought he might still be alive Neutral I guess a migrant dinghy could have picked him up Thinking

Walking back to my bike after a delivery and felt a pain in my lower right leg, felt like I pulled a muscle, now I can't walk properly.

I've had trapped nerves and other "related" back ailments that have rendered me immobile for a while at various times - I'd still rather deal with the pain. An entire site of Teffers sperg? That's the sort of shit you debate only when faced by a bony chap with a penchant for dark robes and a sharp agricultural implement.

When did - 'Cash on collection and Collection only' rephrase as 'Can you pack it up, I'll pay by Paypal and send a courier.' Evil or Very Mad

The only reason I haven't told him/her (no gender supposition here Rolling Eyes ) is that the item (a vintage folding boat) sold for twice what I expected so I'm grudgingly willing to take the Paypal hit and effort of packing it.

I dropped my phone on the tarmac a while ago. It did not break.

I dropped my phone on the gravel a while ago. It did not break.

I dropped my phone on the sitting-room carpet just now. The screen smashed.

Yes but it's like one of those where someone asks you to unscrew a stuck on lid and you puff and pant and twist and strain and NOTHING. Then a 6 year old girl comes along and undoes it. You automatically say "I LOOSENED IT FOR YOU!". That is what the tarmac and gravel did to your phone, weakened it enough that a fly landing on it would break it. You dropped it and SMASH.

Policeman had a chat with me about my bike this morning at a car meet. He told me how dangerous it was and that I'm lucky he's not preventing me from riding it.

I didn't mind that much but he took a good 20 minutes inspecting my bike telling me things were wrong, this meant that I got very wet on the ride home as it rained.

Some of the things were legitimate such as my footpeg not folding up, missing an indicator and the bracket for the front brake line not being attached but he kept going on about how unsafe my brake lever was. He also said my back tyre was barely legal but it's on 3.5mm, worst of all he asked me if I had to spray wd40 on it to get it started!

He seemed like a nice enough guy, I just don't like being told off Razz

EBay "bargains".

I just noticed this, and thought "Oooh! Grr"!!" (I don't want it as I have a couple of spares)...

RIEJU RS3 125 2012 TANK MIDDLE BLACK PLASTIC PANEL

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RIEJU-RS3-125-2012-TANK-MIDDLE-BLACK-PLASTIC-PANEL/132946896925?hash=item1ef440a81d:g:iO8AAOSwJGlbR31G

The same, but brand new, from Rieju? £8.15 + £5.99 postage.

https://www.riejuparts.co.uk/collections/rs3-125-red-2011-15/products/rs3-125-red-2011-15-plastics-2?variant=3079911875

So. £30 for a scratched up used POS. £14.14 for a brand new component.

The same price difference goes for most of the black polypropylene components.
