I've changed (albeit badly) the o ring thats used as a gasket on top an RS125 by the roadside using nothing but the key to my oxford lock and an allen key. Laughing Stinkwheel is prepared.

I once had a set of wheel bearings posted to the Sligachan hotel on Skye (I was camping there) and fixed my R100RT in their car park. I did have to nip into Portree on my partner's bike to pick up a screwdriver to use as a drift though. Laughing

Did the same in Poland..

Realised the rear wheel was wobbling on an evening, and did a bit of googling. Next morning headed to the shop..
