Pretty much a mute question.
Most modern bikes are very reliable if looked after properly.

If you ride like you stole it and don’t do any maintenance, then any bike will go phut!
If you want a bike that you just get on and ride for a billion miles, you’re out of luck.

I’ve had Kawasaki, Suzuki, Honda, Hyosung, Honley, Yamaha, Bultaco and they’ve all been reliable.

I even had an old CZ 125 that kept on smoking along because I kept on top of the maintenance.

Reliability is ultimately a function of maintenance. Do enough maintenance, any bike can be 'reliable'.

Next is build quality; KTM don't have a wonderful reputation for build or reliability, often sacrificing 'reliability' for performance; Honda, tends to be rather the converse... but they make a heck of a lot of bikes! And things like the CBF125's flux problem tend to offer the lie to their paragon or reliability reputation! BUT, if you are more concerned with the performance offered by a KTM, then you have probably already made that compromise to sacrifice Honda like 'reliability' for it.

End of the day, its a bit of string question! It really is!

I pick a bike based on its condition in the metal. Its reputation for 'reliability' is pretty irrelevant; what I want to use it for more so, but either which way, its down to ME, and whether I bother to change the oil and pump up the tyres and check the brake pads from time to time! Not whose factory it might have come out of however many owners ago!

Kawasaki only green and mean always been the best always will be!

Seriously though, out of your poll I call KTM as they have a 125 that's dyno spinning 38.8bhp rear wheel and beating that would need some serious wizardry and then some!

15hr piston life FTW!

I've ridden a lot of bikes and owned one of each of the big Jap 4. Honda, Suzuki, Yami and Kwak (owned 2 of those) and out of all the bikes I have played on Kawasaki just for smoothness gets my vote. So much so that when I sold my Z750 I bought the Z800 to replace it and now looking at paying this off and trading in for a Z1000
