I am a member of a site that streams content rather than offering download. Is it possible to record that stream and save the files as Mpeg/Xvid etc?

If so what software do I need and is it easy to use?

I'd guess they make it hard to directly record the stream like a download, but you could use screen recording software.
Windows 10 has one built in I think, or various other software would do it.

Bandicam might be suitable.

Trial version limits to 10mins I think
