Baboons are better than weasels.

I ended up putting the trap in the attic space and got one each night until all the 'kids' had been rounded up. I had a thought about keeping one and using it as a trap to get the mother but wasn't sure how to implement so I drove 20km and got rid of it elsewhere. I did keep it outside on the night that I caught it and the mother did try her best to destroy the cage (and the pots sitting on top of it) but alas, she broke a pot which woke me up and I went out with a broom to scare it off. It was then relocated into the garage where it was removed this morning.

The young ones were about 40cm with 30cm tail. The mother is about 50cm with 40cm judging on the footage I got. I did get footage of the cat getting the bejesus scared out of it when he was sniffing away at the trap and the mother came running in. He's never ran so fast. Laughing

Now onto the (much quieter) mum.
