I know that bolt/ nut if it’s the same....I had a ZZR1100 I worked on , had similar issue.
I did eventually get it out, but what had happened is the aluminium hole on the engine casing had corroded with the steel bolt. All this white stuff....oxidisation.
I managed to drill two small holes in the outer casting to the bolt edge, approximately 1/3 rd in from each end. Then I squirted wd40 in , whilst heating it. Let the wd penetrate it. Soak overnight regular squirts required. As it still was a bitch to get out, I ground the head or nut off, can’t remember which and used an SDS drill with an old masonry drill, using percussion and eventually it came out , as it shocked the bolt, knocking it back and forth and twisting.
I think from memory I left the nut on as it centralised the drill bit.
New bolt required was the only extra.
Good luck, as it was a real sod,

Penetrating oil, time, and a big hammer. If you think you're going to bend the frame, you probably still aren't hitting hard enough.

Yup an SDS drill on chisel action and with a flat drill bit or bolt in. It's a known way of removing the lower engine frame bolt on DRZ 400 engines.

Aerokroil or CorrosionX...

Another trick is putting a socket over the head of the bolt, zap it with a welder inside the square drive, but not enough that you can't put an extension or the ratchet drive into the hole.

If you've got everything out except for the lower engine mount, then try lifting the engine with a jack. It might well be that all the load on the mount is just making it resistant to removal. If you take pressure off of it in the right way, you might find it's easier to undo.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

Engines out mate, just that bloody hex bolt!
Soaking it in ATF at the moment...I'll try welding a nut/bolt onto the inner face. Cant be defeated at this stage! 🤣

If you've got any, mix the ATF with acetone 50:50. It'll penetrate a lot better. Thumbs Up
