Just to put this in to perspective.

Parked in supermarket car park. Foot path behind me. Stupid woman proceeded to walk in front of car just as I was pulling out. Rolling Eyes Seems it was too much like hard work to walk on the footpath where it is safe... Twisted Evil
Got a shout of watch where you are going...
She then proceeded to walk right behind a car that was reversing into a space, never batted a eyelid when shouted at again. Lucky that the reversing driver was on the ball as it was a tight space.
Both ICE car's both making noise....

You can legislate all you like. But you can not legislate for stupid people that are totally stupid.

Supermarket car parks: you must walk behind cars with reversing lights on, it's the law!

Except a few years ago at my local Tesco someone did the same and got mown down by a little old lady who proceed to drive over the victim idiot again before getting out to see what was wrong with the car...
