Hi all

So my dad had a friend who wanted to get rid of these bikes, turned up at this guys garage and sitting in there was a aprilia rx125 1993 so though sweet, but then he also offered me a Peugeot jetforce compressor which turns out to have a turbo charger on it, I'm desperate to have ago on this thing!.

So my problem, his given my key and log book battery is naffed.
Got it home to the garage put on battery turned key dash lights up fuel pump kicks engine turns over. But no start push start and dash goes off and red led stays on.

Checked the spark no spark. So assuming this is an immobilizer issue.
The key is just black no Peugeot logo or anything. Open bike up looks like immobilizer has been taken out before one of three bolts left in it.

So can I bypass? Or will I be able to order a red key? My plan is to sell this so not sure if it's worth it? Any help would be great.

Not technically a turbo.
Belt driven blower.
A turbo is free boost not energy taken from the engine to drive it.
A blower takes about 5% to drive it.

Imobiliser speak to a dealer.
I don't know what's fitted to them.

"Opened it up" which bit did you open? "Immobiliser missing" do you mean you found a plug not attached to anything? A photo of said plug would be useful...

Log book shouldn't need a battery.
