Hi, i recently upgrade my nsr bike, i got off restrictor box “alphatechnik” to go over 8000 rpm, i bought nsr jetkit upgrade, iridium sparkplug, carbon membranes reedvalve, conical air filter, and my exhaust is stock.
It runs very fast to 100km/h, but from 120-125 gets stuck and up very very slow, what should i do ?

Were it me I'd certainly want to check whether the exhaust is restricted.

You can keep throwing money at things like a jetkit upgrade, an iridium sparkplug, carbon membranes reedvalve and a conical air filter but you might as well be flushing your money down the toilet if the exhaust still has a restrictor in it.

I do love how many BCF threads start with:

"My NSR125 (or similar bike) runs fine and starts easily, but it won't go over 8000rpm."

It's like it's the end of the world, and often it's people that don't have a licence to ride the bike they have. Explain it to me why all these whinging people have so much frustration with bikes that don't exceed 8000rpm?

Lol... I had to look up was 100kph was in old money. Rough translation: "My bike does over 60mph just fine but struggles around 80mph"

My 125 struggled to go over 55mph Shocked Although, to be fair, the NSR at least looks like it should go really fast Smile

Be curious to know why you want to mod the sh*t out of this bike rather than get a bigger one. Age?
