Dont know the bike but from its style would expect you'd have to
start by removing the plastics to get at the rear of the headlamp unit.

Done a few on similar bikes/scoots and usual tools used are cross head screwdriver, hex keys and 8-10mm sockets
I doubt it will be difficult, take your time and pay attention to what came from where.

If you think you'll get confused, one tip is to use say an old pizza box or similar cardboard and push the screws through it after they're removed and note or sketch the origin

As regards dimness.
I had guy bring a 2018 Lexmoto Urban scoot here with bad lights and
this was due to the utterly shite quality of the bulb connector which was burnt out.
The bulb itself was fine.
Had a YBR with bad lights where a PO had fitted a 100W bulb
for moar powah instead of a 35/35W and melted the connector.

So I took a closer look and forgot to add that the main headlight is LED headlight not halogen so it must be an electrical issue unless someone else has any other ideas. and where would I fine the ground wire connection on my bike is there a certain place there always done.

You're new so some tips
Post any techy stuff in the Workshop section to avoid irritating folk

See my 'don't know the bike' above?
I suspect few will know the bike well as there are so many cheap 125s about nowadays.

So, with that in mind the more and better info you provide
on a fault or problem the better the guesses as to the cause will be.
Remember it's always a guess usually but not always based on info given and asking for info that should have been provided at the start can be tiresome.

Model, year, mileage any 'upgrades and improvements' or recent work etc
and Pics too !
we likes pics we do

Thank you for the link, however this doesn't really give me kind of instructional steps to what to remove to replace the bulb if that is indeed the issue.
