I have an elderly but good Sony Vaio lappy
that uses the VGP-BPS22 battery
When one of my lads gave it to me the battery was shagged
and I bought a cheap 9 cell one off the bay which goes flat within a day or so when the lappy is off.
My other lappy an old Dell doesn't do that

OK, fair enough, buy cheap buy twice and all that
so where do I buy one that does the job?

anyone used this place?

They are usually fake cells.

If you have both packs you could do worse that try and split one open; they're usually standard 18650s inside. Then you can put whatever quality you like in.

IMHO the most cost effective, quality 18650 is a Samsung 30Q.
