Usually private/non-highway land so strictly speaking no right of way through them . . . although by the same token, the usual rules of the road won't apply either and so any signs won't be enforceable. That said, the bus stations I know would be pretty hazardous to ride through, not least because you probably aren't expected to be there by manoeuvring buses!

Cool thanks.

Coming out of Liverpool Lime street theres a "bus station" that has a sign saying nothing other then "Buses Only" - So i assumed buses and pushbikes because "Bus lanes innit"

Its not a full bus station - just 5 or 6 areas where buses can pick up and drop off without cars bothering them.

Ive found another route now in case the bus drivers get all annoyed and squeeze me out Smile lol

For reference, no specific signs saying "no bikes"

I'd take "buses only" to mean just that.

In any case, comply with signeage.

What they SHOULD have if they don't want you going in there is a no motor vehicles sign and a small "Except buses" plate below it.

Agreed.

What youve posted is what I expected if we were not allowed to use it.

But all being equal - I think the "Buses only" works as well. Its just not normal signage in my experience. Smile

If it's not in the Road signs and General Directions regulations and doesn't have a specific exemption order, it's not a road sign.

Amount of diesel on a bus garage floor you'll only ride through one the once. Laughing As drivers DMs were the ideal work
shoe as over a short time the soles of everything else got destroyed.
