He's lucky if he didn't lose an arm or something actually. It's very common for limbs to get trapped between metal frame and the ground and get cut off in roll over accidents.

It is an old clip though.

I agree, it looks like his head got..removed from between the rolling car and the ground. But I was told by the sender, that he wasn't hurt from it.

reminds me of the drummer from Def leopard, did the very same in the passenger side, now plays one handed with multiple foot peddles.
