Change your signature now and then worry about postcode stuff at a later date.

Try a postcode that's nearby. It's only to put a pin on a map - doesn't need to be exact.

I don't think the postcode thing works at all, tried it myself with 2 postcodes, and none work (I had a thread about it made)

I suspect that no one is going to fix it, as moderators around here are as plentiful as chickens teeth, and it will probably take too much effort to deal with if it is looked at.

Moderators can't do anything to fix problems with the site. They can delete posts, edit posts, ban people, remove avatars and signatures, etc etc etc.

BCF used to have an admin but he went AWOL several years ago.

I've just tried changing the postcode on my profile and for every postcode I tried it gives the same "Your postcode could not be translated into a map reference, please check it and try again" error message.

Meh. Laughing

Shame, we have plenty of technically (if not mentally) competent people on here. Anyone likely to speak to Korn in the next few years?

Old Thread Alert!
