max torque cans finally rumbled....

Seems the curtains are drawing on max torque cans. I did wonder when importing cheap Chinese link pipes / end cans would land you in hot bother.... seems that www.mtcexhausts.co.uk web services bill has not been paid and so too www.maxtorquecans.com can only think buyers have finally got wise to the term "martins tin cans" IE the real meaning behind MTC! I have had many good exhausts from them strangely, but now seems that quality has been shirked for bottom line and now they shocking, probably struggling against the likes of Piperwerx who seem cant do any wrong. Who knows, does look as if the writing is on the wall though when you look into max torque cans websites statuses as "offline!" Pipewerx are the nearest manufacturer and are all over the racing scene... you dont get respect in the BSB paddock for nothing. lets see what happens I guess. Nice subject to kick off on though.

I work round the corner from MTC, been in many times when they were at Ringtail Rd, and seen them building,bending exhausts including there cans, cant see why they would need to import stuff, might nip up one day this week and see, a website suspended is nothing major, might just be changing to another or using Ebay as they state.
