Take a look at ITN Converter I've always found the timings to be pretty accurate. Allow extra time for petrol and coffee stops.

Yeah i'd probably say around 5.5 hours give or a take a little. Factoring in 2 fuel stops/breaks + M25 traffic.

If you are going down for a tour, i'd be tempted just to blast it all out on the motorway down there, then get more relaxed riding time the next days.

Google + 10 mins per anticipated stop. Bike makes better progress than google timings so you get more than 10 mins per stop, though if you plan to eat in a civilised manner factor in lunch as a separate thing. That's what I do if the journey is to be "leisurely".

The ride there is tour as such which is why i was avoiding all motorways.
But now thinking of getting alot out the way then enjoy last hour or so on nice roads
