Switch to honey - ordinary runny honey makes coffee/tea taste a bit different, flavoured honey can make it taste different again, but you soon get used to it. |
Worth a try, if I can find a cheap enough one. I've got used to a lot of changes in food lately. ____________________ Chickenystripgeezer's Biking Life (Latest update 19/10/18) Belgium, France, Italy, Austria tour 2016 Picos de Europa, Pyrenees and French Alps tour 2017 Scotland Trip 1, now with BONUS FEATURE edit, 5/10/19, on page 2 Scotland Trip 2 Luxembourg, Black Forest, Switzerland, Vosges Trip 2017

I’ll vouch for the honey in hot drinks.
I don’t take any sugar in my tea and only one sugar if I have a coffee.
When I need a sweetness fix , I turn to the honey and not the sugar bowl.
I personally find I don’t need as much sweetness or so often and in my mind it tastes better ____________________ I am the sum total of my own existence, what went before makes me who I am now! |

Saturday morning was Week 7 so time to scratch the progress on me chart.
I got on my new digital scales in me skivvies and it said 96.7 kg / 15st3lb
so a loss of around 9.3 kg / 20lbs so far.
The old, cheap, spring type scales were more flattering and said I wasn't

Having same problem. I'd walk at least 4 miles a day at work. Not walking anywhere this week and guess what, I've managed 3 fry ups. |

Not been avoiding fry ups at all and happily tuck in when I fancy one.
Just sausage, eggs, bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms mind you no bread or beans.
I've had fry ups and roast pork belly slices twice in the last week and still losing weight
I've no intention of preaching as everyone has to do what works for them and what they beleive in
but the page linked to below and the video explains the process that's working for me
https://www.burnfatnotsugar.com/Diet20.html
95.8kg this morning approaching the end of week 8
that's over 10Kg lost in 8 weeks so not bad eh?
Another 10KG and I'll be close to a healthy weight for height range
Then its pizza pizza pizza all the way!
OK maybe not but I do intend to have few considered indulgences
from time to time and keep a better control of my diet and weight. ____________________ bikers smell of wee |

Nice one.
Pork belly is a favourite of mine now.
Marinate 24hrs in olive oil, herbs and spices.
Pressure cook for 35 mins so it is almost falling apart.
Bake for 10 mins at 220c to render some fat off and make it a bit crispy.
Put in a wrap with some mayo and chilli sauce.

I use mama lupe's low carb wraps. Something like 3g per wrap. Not cheap but I buy in bulk and freeze them. |

Trying to loose a few pounds from round the middle. My weakness is eating when everyone has gone to bed, so I'm cutting out all food between tea and breakfast. Started on Sunday at 13st10. I'll weigh myself again on the Sunday coming to see what the difference is. I have a horrid feeling my beer intake will have gone up to compensate though... ____________________ Now - Speed Triple, old ratty GS550, GSXR750M
