Just saw them today in CZE and yes they are just moving dots in the sky: https://youtu.be/l58nWIvyYs0?t=7 (not my video).

I was looking for them yesterday just before 10pm but never saw anything like those chains, not quite sure I didn't miss them by a minute or two if they go at that speed.
Various other satellites spotted though in about 15 minutes.
Venus is very bright to NW, it almost casts a shadow.

I'm not a star expert I downloaded Stellarium.
You can get a shot similar to this with a phone nowadays.

Pretty cool stuff! They were much further apart than I imagined, but glad I had a look now, and the sky was perfect for it.

The starlink site says a lot didn't see them because they weren't lit by the sun but they have made a change accounting for this in the recommended times now.
Shortly after 9:30 this evening but it is only just dark enough here.

They pass over roughly the same time each night, just it's been a bit more visible lately. There's another batch of 60 going up later today.

SpaceX are supposed to be sending humans to Mars.

All we've got so far is little dots criss crossing over the sky?

Yay for Science Thumbs Up

With so many small satellites there are also concerns about collisions with other satellites.

They can control them, so this system could also be a ''whoops, it was an accident'' kind of weapon, on demand. A swarm of tiny satellites crashing into other spacecraft in orbit. Thinking

Dragon is now human rated, will be sending 2 astronauts up to the ISS fairly soon. They’re way further ahead than Boeing right now.

Watching a box set about Mars right now.

It's a mixture of a fictional drama starting in 2033 with the first manned mission to Mars, and factual stuff from the present about the logistics of the first Martian colony. Sir Elon is in the latter an awful lot.

Later it goes on to a fite with another colony sent to exploit the planet's resources, and terraforming. Ermmm terraforming by 2050? Righto... Confused
