ZZR600 Wont run

Hey everyone,
So a little back story. I have no mechanical background so bear with me. I own a 2006 Kawasaki zzr600. I winterized it in November, put stabilizer in the tank let it run so it would get in the pump tubes and carbs. 4 months later i took the bike out of the shed and tried starting it up. No go. It cranks bur will not turn over. I have opened the bike up, drained the tank and put in fresh gas, drained the carbs. cleaned the jets in the carbs. cleaned my fuel lines, checked the fuel pump, replaced the spark plugs and even put in a new battery. Eventually i got the bike to run with choke on and then adjusted the idle screw to get it to run without choke. I thought i fixed the issue. Yesterday i took it out for the first time to get more gas. got 1/4 mile down the road and the bike bogged down and died on me. I was unable to start it and had to push it uphill to get back home. Symptoms are just like they were before. Now the bike wont turn over just cranks again and again. I'm not sure what could be doing this. especially because i had it running. any help or advice is appreciated i can provide pics and videos on request! thank you!

How many volts showing on your batt? New batts often come with just enough charge to start the bike a couple of times (at least mine, which I get from Tanya, are always like that) so I stick them on the charger until the LED bars fill before putting them in.
Any weak batt symptoms, like clicking when you hit the starter? Can you jump start the bike in 2nd or start it using jump leads going to a car?

I already hooked it up to my tender a few times. It has a full charge. 12.6V as of right now. No clicking at all. Ill post a video of what it is doing. Jump starting the bike does nothing. same result.

Did the battery go dead?

If not then check for crap in the float bowls.

Battery is fine and has a full charge. I have cleaned the carbs and the jets. no clogs

For accuracy, I'm guessing American, so when you say ZZR600 you mean a supersport sold in the US based on an older ZX6R. Over here what is called a ZZR600 is what you call a ZX6E.

4 months isn't a long time, personally I wouldn't have done anything special at all if i was leaving a bike for that length of time. I've got an Aprilia sat outside that I left for over a year without touching and it still fired up perfectly once I replaced the battery.

Anyway.

Fuel, Air, Compression, and Ignition.

You're unlikely to have lost compression during a 4 month layup so we'll count that out.

Have you checked the airbox isn't blocked? It's unlikely, but not unheard of for a mouse to make it home during the winter. Very simple thing to check.

You've already gone balls deep on fuel, seemingly without even trying the simple stuff. Have you checked fuel comes through the tap? Have you tried running it with the tank filler cap open? Have you tried turning the fuel off and running it on some sort of easy start spray (or even carb cleaner)? Personally I wouldn't have started by stripping down the carbs.

Have you held a spark plug against the engine to check for any sign of spark? it won't prove it works under compression, but will at least show that the ignition system is doing something.

Spark plugs were just replaced and yes i have spark. Fuel drains just fine. tried it with the cap open same thing happens. The bike will run on starter fluid. without a problem.

If it works with starter fluid then it is almost certainly a fuelling issue. You say you adjusted the idle mixture screw to make it run without choke. If it was running fine before you put it away I would be surprised if the mixture screw needs adjusting. Are you sure the choke is working? I have had issues with the choke on previous bikes. If you adjusted the idle mixture screw unnecessarily it can mask a choke problem, meaning the bike will start and run until it gets warm but then start spluttering and stop. Have you taken the new spark plugs out again and checked them for fouling since you fitted them?

Is fuel in the carb bowls when it stops running? You can just open the drain screw to to check. Sounds like fuel starvation, check if points sticking on the lift pump by giving it a tap, pinched fuel pipe, blocked tank vent or blocked fuel filter.

I agree its a fuel problem im not sure where it could be tho. Again i had it idleing two days ago and first ride it died again. so soemthing could be lodged somewhere. I drain the bowls and there is gas. i was only able to get it to idle after turning the idle screw so there was no contact with the choke assembly.

when you cleaned the jets you may have disterbed the float heights. or maybe the throttle slides diaphragms are split/worn

You haven't cleaned the carbs thoroughly enough and/or you've got shit/rust/water in the tank which is causing repeat issues.
