Seeing as you don't seem to want to take this to the scrap heap, you need to get the frame bead blasted before you start repairs. The blasting will go through all of the weak, thin, rotten metal and leave behind the stronger bits.

Then you have the fun of fabricating repair sections (buy lots of tube) and welding or brazing them in.

I've done it. I wouldn't recommend it if you're new to this sort of thing. You have to be prepared to put 100 hours into the frame, and still end up scrapping it at the end if your work isn't good enough. If you get this wrong you'll probably end up killed or seriously injured.
