Hey guys,

Got a GN125 with running issues, changed the carb and noticed fuel isn't getting to the carb.

If I take the fuel line off it pisses onto the floor on reserve and regular fuel on positions so I know it isn't clogged.

When I attach it to the carb it just stops however.

Any ideas? There is a pipe on the other side called a breather but I dont know where it goes, does it have to go onto something to make the fuel run?

Cheers guys,

-Scott

Maybe the carb is full? It doesn't hold much. You don't generally see it running out.

From parts diagrams, there is a drain screw that screws up into the very bottom of the carburettor float bowl. If you remove this and turn the fuel on, petrol should run out of that screw hole.

If it doesn't, there is someting wrong with the needle valve/float assembly. Try tapping the carb gently with a piece of wood in case it's stuck in its seat before considering taking it apart to look. You could also try blowing down the fuel line, if the carb is empty, you should be able to blow down it freely.

Or try undoing the fuel cap, could be airlocked.
