Attached is a photo of the relay I ordered.
It does state 6-12v, but we'll see....cheap as you mentioned so it's not a big deal if it doesn't work. If not, I'll have to order from Britain and wait for shipping.
I can't even locate a OEM type headlight bulb here....

That'll probably be fine... hang on though, can't you just take a trip across the border to pick up bits? Stacks of vintage bike stuff on eBay hails from Southern Canada*

*Otherwise know as the United State of America

I'm in southern Ontario - a province in Canada, right above the American border. There's nothing here.... We use amazon/ebay and kijiji (classified ads site owned by ebay) to locate things.
Have only located OEM bulb overseas, I think it was Indonesia. I'm going to try another 6volt bulb that I can get locally for $3., but the store is closed for covid lockdown at present. Once they open, I'll pick up the bulb and see if I can rig it in.

Other then that, the bike is great....It will need a chain and sprockets soon, however for now it's a fun little machine. Little bit of punch at high revs for a tiny unit. Perfect for the backroads/country driving around here.

After asking everyone I know about where to locate 6v products, a fellow in the car business said to go on powerbarn.com as they deal with vintage stuff.
I did that, and they have many 6v items. Good to know.

Success.

the flasher arrived yesterday and I just installed it.
Works as it should and even has low decibel beeper to remind you that the turn signal is on.
