Hi, joined the forum to get a bit of crack on my fazor.
I have had bikes all my life .And had a bit of a lay off . But due to the lock down I got the bug back. Talking to a friend saying I had the bike hitch back . He told me of a black 600 fazor with 12k on near 20 yrs old .So I ended up buying it . Done a bit of work on it Stainless Scorpian system , Good service, KN air filtter. renthal ultra low's.dark double bubble screen well that is what I call them . Ordered some peg lowers 40mm as I have very bad knees and retired . Got a gear indicator off a 2004 fazor 1000 as the clocks looked the same.My mate never got it put on and is selling the bike and it is a stunner , Sadly the inline loom connections are different .Asked on here for help.pic of mine. cant seem to add pics ??cheers Dave

It may be that new members don't have pic posting rights (until they've got a certain amount of karma or post #s).

Pics would be good - we all love bike pr0n Smile Oft repeated but always useful...

Upload your photos to somewhere like https://imgur.com/

Optional: resize the photo to 1024x768 or less, much bigger and I think the forum scaling goes a bit wonky.

Get the link from the photo site. Imgur does BBCode out of the box but it should look like this:

Code:

Which would give you this:

I got the acumen dg8 of a friend who is selling his 2004 fazor 1000 and didnt get the gear indicator fitted . I thought it would fit as clocks look the same . Was chuffed to bits how easy to fit screen off remove connection from clocks . Sh-t different plug aaaahh .
So I am looking for a loom for my 2000 fzs600 fazor if there is one ?? The indicator is a Acumen DG8 gear indicator. Any help where to get a loom appreciated .Doesn't look good as I think acumen doe's not exsist now .
Think I will give pics a miss. As not really into computers.

Seems to me you're looking at a lot of hassle to fit something that most bikers would probably consider pointless.

It was reasonable that why I bought it . They are £80 new . Maybe better offering it to a 1000 guy . It for a 2004. The loom number is 43005. one mans meat and all that .
