Don't you still live at home with your mum? I bet you wash the pots for extra good boy points.

I've never owned a dishwasher.

When I go to other people's houses I have no idea how to "stack" them, let alone what sort of detergent to put in there ... so I tend to just rinse my cup and leave it on the bench.

Sometimes when I am dogsitting I don't even think to look for a dishwasher, and I spend an half an hour desperately searching for cups before it dawns on me to search for a dishwasher instead.

If I met a bloke who had a dishwasher, he would have to fill and start up the dishwasher, and probably restack my pathetic efforts, because I have no clue how to work them and am not about to start now ("sorry luv, I'm not here to do your dishes" )

My cleaning lady will wash the dishes if I leave some in the kitchen sink. Hence from about Monday every other week, I tend to just chuck all the dishes in the square buckety thing and run hot water in there now and again.

Usually by Thursday morning I've run out of cups and have to wash one Rolling Eyes

I forgot to say my free dishwasher tablets arrived. Dance!

So I excitedly loaded the dishwasher, inserted my wondrous fairy tablet and turned it on.

An hour later my dishes were...surprise, surprise.....................CLEAN.
Thank you Fairy,

However they were no cleaner than when using my Asda tablets which cost half the money so I regret that I will not buying any more but if Fairy want to donate some more to me free, I will happily accept.

Thumbs Up

Mine arrived too, so did the ones to my name at all my neighbours, and work, and my mates house.

So far I have used 2 of the 33 tablets that arrived and just like you my dishes are clean.

Even so, it should probably be shown at least some detergent at some point.
It's not a massive chore to leave it filled with hot water and a squirt of Fairy while you eat.

DW "very" useful.

"No darling i'll tidy up the kitchen you go and watch telly" allows me the chance to tidy up kitchen and load DW whilst farting in peace and out of earshot of the good lady as my dinner goes down.

'cos i'm a gentleman and try and avoid farting in front of her.

Any info on the content of the tabs?

I'm thinking it might be good as a general detergent/surfacant if dissolved in water to wash-off some grime from my bike (wheels and frame and so on) - normal Fairy works as well (bit on the thick side) but free stuff is free stuff.

I got mine, and then realised I haven't got a dish washing machine.

The tempting nature of free things does that... Laughing

I agree. I've still got a free Wilkinsons Sword razor that I think Ste posted the link too and I've still got a beard that I have had for many many years. Laughing
