I found M/C and sidecars evil things to drive. I've driven on twice, and I could probably have got used to it but I drove trikes at the time and they were much easier to get on with.
That said, I'd love a Ural with the powered sidecar wheel and the reverse gear for the lol's. ____________________ Triumph Trophy Launch Edition |

Back in the 1970's stamps were worth a lot of money and old motorbikes got ' thrown in the canal' when they wouldn't go any longer. ( or sold to some kid in the 3rd year for £4, whose big brother reckoned he could mend it.)
If we go all electric and self driving, and with less pension money sloshing about, old motorbikes may be worth peanuts again.
As it says in the adverts for unit trusts: " Past performance gives no indication of how your investment will perform . Values can go up as well as down".
And on that happy note...
Ducati , has to be a good choce though... ____________________ All the above is my personal opinion, you can see my lips move, but I'm talking out of my arse.
I've been riding, and fixing , bikes for 50 years, in that time the more I learn, the less I am absolutely sure of..... |
