Name? I don't have a lot of sugar, but for interest.

Perhaps you should be having around 800 calories a day from carbohydrates in food? Taking potatoes as an example, boiled per 100g is 72 calories, of which about 90% is from carbohydrate (say 65 calories) so that's over 2 1/2 lbs (2 1/4 kg), which is a fair amount (if all other carbohydrates are excluded, of course). Were I trying to reduce carbohydrate to allow the inclusion of more from a specific source, I think I would aim at cutting out bread, completely or almost completely, but do remember the 16 calories per teaspoon of sugar, which you can assume to be 100% carbohydrate, so it all contributes to your 800 cal of carbohydrate per day, reducing what you may allow yourself from other sources. Another good reason for not having bread is the salt in it, which, together with the mechanics of calorie-counting, is not good for the blood pressure.

Full Akrapovic system for the 2nd GSX1400 Smile

I did offer around £340 to one seller on Ebay ... they refused ... so got another one for £235 ... well pleased!

Mind you, got the last full Akra system for my original 14 for £125 .... so this one is a tad more expensive ... but still a good deal.

Big Suzuki’s deserve to sing. That’s a bargain. I’d love a GSX14, lets see some pics of yours!

Today I did do buy 12 litres of super unleaded and thrash the TLR around South Wales for a few hours.

The new brakes are fucking awesome.

i think it was Hermesetas. Not 100% sure.

I know what you are saying about the carbs.
I had some chips today.
Not had chips for a month now.

Damn, they were pretty good.

Chain for the GSXR, tight spots in old one. Tried plusgas to free them off and while it sort of worked the links were still not moving as freely as I'd like so I just bit the bullet.

I usually go with RK but when browsing noticed the prices on their chains seem to have soared, so thought I'll give DID a go. Now I have to go borrow a rattlegun to get the front sprocket off.

One of those motorcycle handle grip lock things, in bright yellow.
So that's one less way I can make a dickhead of myself.

Although now ... I seem to be having trouble unlocking it Laughing
Ah well, not my problem for the moment.

I bought a road bicycle, the low budget Triban rc 500... What have I done?! Doh!

I've always wanted to try a road bicycle, but no one around had one that would fit me (195 cm, 87Kg), so I could never try one. I also could not find a used bike of appropriate size for me, people only sell used race bikes for crap loads of money. TL; DR, this is my first time on such machine. I recently got some bonus money at work, I had exactly enough of ''I don't even need this money'' cash to invest in this idea, so I said why not. Now, the bike does ride itself, effortless, perfect gear ratios as well, very fast in the straight line, no human energy wasted. On the other hand, it's like riding a brick, the tyres are inflated to 6 bar / 87 psi (some road bikes run 8 bar tyre pressure, I mean, eh?! Standard MTB would run like 2.5 bar / 36 psi). It's not all bad though, the ride comfort of the bike is surprisingly alright, I've expected it to be much worse. The MTB that I rode prior to that was very spongy in comparison and I can now see the amount of energy I've ''wasted'' on it over the years.

By the way, I won't be buying cycling jersey and I'm definitely keeping flat pedals on the bike. No clip ons.

Here it is, picture from last evening... (still fully stock, incl. the price tag on the front brake cable housing)

Rolling Eyes

You should get some of the clipless pedals because of how much easier it is cycling with them rather than flat pedals. Thumbs Up

I don't know, Ste. The Earth is flat, my last girlfriend was flat, I live in a flat... it only makes sense to keep the flat pedals. Thinking

A couple more CCTV cameras.
These ones give a colour picture at night.

Having my garage broken into (twice) has clearly gotten into my head and is costing me a fortune Smile

A 6' x 10' box trailer. (For the sake of the kiddies, that's 1.8m x 3m).

A new mobile
None of your Apple rubbish.

This is called a Cubot, fuck knows what that is.
It just looks like any other random phone made of chinesium, which is all I want really.

But it's newer than the old POS LG that I was using.
About time anyway. I'm getting too stuck in a rut.
Need to break out of having old things all the time.

Out with the old and in with the new, so to speak.
In more ways than one.

Chinese takeaway (last night), first one in over a month.
Just beef and vegetables

No noodles, no rice
Felt weird.

Extra satay sauce, tho.
Fucking awesome it was.

Not really missing rice as much as I thought I would.
Thinking
Although yeah it would be easy to drop back to making no conscious effort, and go back to just snorting it.
