Have you tried contacting the testing station and asking there?

You need to take your module one pass certificate with you to do your module two test.

For getting a replacement certificate you should contact the test centre where you did the module one test.

To get a refund when cancelling a driving test you need to give at least three clear working days notice so there is still time to do that.

I feel for you ! I was doing my das training at the beginning of August two days before I was due to do my mod 1 I lost my wallet with my driving licence in . Had to postpone rest of course as they won't even train you without a license, luckily enough they managed to fill my mod 1 and mod 2 slot so I didn't lose any money.
