Wifey constantly on at me to put my keys in the correct place (would love to say I knew where that was Confused ) instead of leaving them on the first available flat surface. Consequently I'm forever looking for one set of keys or another. Said to her I'd get a proper key rack and she was open to the idea... Cool

Contemplating buying some LED headlight bulbs (probably illegal, but MOT exempt, so fuck it) for the humble CG. Sick of it blowing the shitty dim bulbs that I keep buying. Had to ride home into dusk without a forward pointing light the other day (when the fuck did 7.30pm become dark o'clock?). Had to take the backroads as bollocks to riding along a dual carriageway doing 45mph up the big hill with the big scary wagons et al.

An exercise bike.

Still can't do badminton or swimming at the local councils leisure centres so I'm becoming a porker and need to lose some tyre.

Nice. I have a bunch of Wera tools bookmarked. They make some really high quality stuff.

I think a set of the "joker" spanners is next!

Damn you - you've just reminded me I was going to buy a new set of spanners! £££

Smile

This is the first time I've bought Wera.

Gradually replacing my tools with top quality gear.

Forgot that I had made a Waitrose delivery for this morning.

Till just now, when I was sitting here typing clinic letters with the front window open and I could hear that clack and shuffle of the supermarket delivery guy.

So now I am inundated with vegetables, plus some meat. And a seemingly endless assortment of yoghurt*.

But this has now reminded me that I was also testing the Ocado website as well as the Waitrose app (certainly seems very effective), so there must be an Ocado delivery coming along at some point soon as well. Its all coming back to me now! Laughing

I had to send back the coleslaw because it was a substitute for remoulade.
Mad

A scala-rider 1+ so I can hear where I'm going when using the GPS.

Works a treat and is cheap for what you get, imo.

Music after so many years of nothing but traffic for noise is a revalation.

Hm, that looks dinky.
I like the sound of that.
One does so tire of having to memorize all the A and B junctions and turnings.

You beautiful bastard, just what I was hankering for. Feeling really low today, and that is the perfect comfort food.

Off to COOP for Spam

Front and rear spokes for the project bike. Front ones are probably the wrong size, but no matter. Will find out when they get here.

Apparently a Brembo radial master cylinder is the way to go on my GSX-S1000F to help sort the woeful front brake feel. I'm jealous.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.
